Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service at full price.
Amenities & Refreshments
After your service, we invite you to spend time in our spa relaxation garden. This private oasis is the perfect place to reconnect before leaving the spa.
Age Limitations
Services are not available to guests under the age of 13. Guests between the ages of 13 – 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are welcome while they are receiving services. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the Spa unless receiving services.
Prices & Gratuities
Prices listed are in USD and are inclusive of 12.5% GST. Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated for excellent service.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking Confirmation Policy
To secure my appointment, I understand that Siren’s Spa requires either:
- A valid credit card on file, OR
- A completed online/local bank transfer prior to the appointment.
Payment information will be saved for booking purposes only and will only be utilized if a guests violates the cancellation policy, fails to attend an appointment, or incurs charges as agreed.
If the deposit is secured through bank transfer, a 50% deposit of the total services is required within the requested timeframe, along with proof of payment, to secure the reservation.
Failure to provide card details or transfer confirmation may result in the release or cancellation of appointment time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service total. This fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
If the booking was secured via online bank transfer, the 50% prepaid amount will be non-refundable.
By booking, guests agree to these terms and authorize the above-mentioned charges if applicable.
Prenatal Policy
For the health and safety of both mother and child, we do not offer massage services to expectant mothers. Nail services and the Relaxation Garden are available.
